Easy address check

Are you managing a crm or a large list of contacts in some kind of spreadsheet? Don't you hate it when even the simplest task (like filling out an emailaddress) seems to be too hard for some people? When the emailaddresses are full of comma's, semi-colons or lacking the @-character?
